Whether you are looking for a real estate closing gift or a perfect house warming gift, you've landed in the right place. CUSTOM home portraits start at $125 and at most complicated level, go up to $300. These are custom, individually drawn and painted (not computer generated or AI produced) and that equates to an outstanding quality piece. 8x10" (or 10x8") home portraits are done in an acrylic wash style that mimics watercolor on excellent grade watercolor paper. Required from the purchaser is a very clear color photo or set of photos showing the preferred view of the painting. Sometimes real estate photos from online sites will work, but not always. The better quality picture, the better the results. If you are interested in a different size, please contact me for a quote.
Shipping for each unframed custom piece is $10 in the continental US. Your piece will be placed between two pieces of heavy cardboard and shipped flat via USPS Ground. If you require other shipping options, please let me know.
Framing with mat options are available starting as low as $35. I will be adding the visuals for these options to the website, soon.

"The Basic" $125
Simple starter homes with basic lines and minimal front faces with normal amounts of landscaping.
"Movin' On Up" $160
Nicer homes with basic lines and simpler front faces yet more detail with normal amounts of landscaping.
"Arrived" $225
Multi-face homes with many roof angles and elaborate landscaping and/or trees
MATTING & FRAMING (Optional):
Your product will come fully matted and framed. Glass is regular glass.

If this is being done for a very particular or high end client, I would honestly encourage you to have this item framed professionally yourself with non-reflective glass. If you would like to frame the item yourself, Hobby Lobby and Michaels have many good affordable options.

"It's Complicated" $300
Very large, multi-face homes with unusual roof angles and elaborate landscaping and/or trees. (This house had rooflines that were octagonal from a bird's eye view and this takes twice as long to draw accurately and paint.)
