How to Purchase

Please fill out contact form below letting me know you would like to purchase a home portrait.  Immediately will need you to email me at least an initial picture of the home or link to a real estate website so that I can give you a firm price for the piece.

I will then email you an invoice with your total plus shipping and you may pay via Paypal (mimi.barreras@att.net) or Venmo (@MimiBarreras). In order to begin a project, I must have full payment. Framing (if chosen) may be paid for later if you prefer. I ship all originals via USPS Ground unless otherwise requested which typically takes 7 days, perhaps a few more in a very northern or western zone.  Again, please don't hesitate to email me at mimi.barreras@att.net.

Please note, I need at least 2 weeks from the time of payment to complete the painting and get it in the mail to you. I may get it done sooner, but please allow 14 days plus shipping times. If you need a quicker shipping time, please let me know.

Your Obligation

Within a few days of filling out the form, I must receive via email (mimi.barreras@att.net) excellent frontal view pictures (or view you want painted) in color. Sometimes real estate web listings will work, but if the home is obscured by trees, sometimes the roof lines are hard to discern, thus the need for multiple pictures. The better your photos, the better the results. Please keep in mind seasons in pictures. If you send me a picture in the dead of winter, you will get the dead of winter. If you send me a picture with long shadows, you will get long shadows.
